The International Network Health Policy & Reform presented itself with a booth at the 25th Annual Research Meeting (ARM) of Academy Health. On two posters it introduced the network and the Health Policy Monitor web site to the conference participants and presented best practice examples from the network countries on selected policy issues such as long-term care, care coordination, mental health, etc. The posters can be downloaded on the right.

The work of the Health Policy Monitor was met with strong interest from the participants. The question "What can the U.S. learn from the experience of other developed nations?" is gaining more and more attention among U.S. health policy experts in the face of persisting problems such as the high number of uninsured and the fragmented delivery system.
The ARM is the biggest international conference in the field of health care in the US and brings together health services researchers, providers, and key decision makers to address the critical challenges confronting the health care delivery system.
