Matrix Issues/Process
This two-dimensional matrix aims to give you a rapid overview of health policy issues and their actual state of development or implementation, as reported in the most recent half-yearly survey.
It is important to note that the matrix is not cumulative; it will be updated after each survey round. A definition of each issue and stage is given in a help pop-up window.
The matrix forms part of the survey questionnaire. It allows the experts to point out what the reported health policy is about, and in which stage/s it can be observed. We keep the matrix in our
database to allow you to rapidly access all recent reforms by category or stage of development.
